Do you want to work for an insurance company?
We are looking for a bilingual service associate for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
In this role you will be responsible for :
.Process and review purchases, redemptions, transfers, switches, systematic order and non-financial documents.
.Complete all tasks according to company’s policies, procedures and deadlines.
.Maintain highly accurate results while working within tight deadlines and high volumes.
.Complete timely outbound phone & fax contacts to address not-in-good-order items.
.Work collaboratively with other areas, such as Client Services, Case Resolution
Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30 Note: Overtime may be requested in times of higher volumes.
Downtown Montreal location
12 month contract
Pay rate: $19/hr

Qualifications
.Previous financial services administrative experience, preferably in Segregated Funds
.A strong customer focus
.Ability to organize and prioritize work in a high volume area
.Attention to detail
.Proven problem-solving skills, with an ability to be resourceful in identifying issues and solutions
.Proven oral and written communication skills in French and English
.Strong PC skills, including the ability to learn new systems quickly
