Job Summary:
The Service Worker is responsible for contributing to safe patient care and efficiency of the Unit by conscientiously and properly maintaining and handling hospital equipment and supplies for the Geriatric Units on 3rd Floor. The Service Worker is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and restocking linen with the majority of the position (75%) being related to Housekeeping duties such as cleaning floors, bathrooms, beds and etc.
Qualifications:
Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Recent Service Worker experience is desirable. Excellent communication & organizational skills required and previous Environmental Services experience preferred.
